Once upon a time, in the city of Belfast, Patrick and a group of friends decided they wanted to experience all the best pubs the city had to offer. However, they quickly realised that navigating the many streets and alleys to find the hidden gems was a larger task than expected. This gave Patrick an idea – what if they could create a company that would take visitors on a tour of the top pubs in the city, introducing them to the best food, drink, and atmosphere Belfast had to offer?

And so, Belfast Pub Crawl was born. We started off with 2 Pub Crawls, both showing the best nightlife Belfast had to offer. The first was a Student Pub Crawl that ran up the Dublin Road and finished around Queens University visiting some very trendy student pubs with great games and DJs. The 2nd was a Traditional Irish Pub Crawl that ran through the city centre that included great pubs, live music and some light but interesting history. After a year had passed, it was decided to concentrate on the Traditional Irish Pub Crawl due to the increased nightlife focused around the Cathedral Quarter area of Belfast. The Traditional Irish Pub Crawl now seemed better value for money and showcased the great nightlife Belfast had to offer.

The company started off slow, but through the years as Northern Ireland came out of the recession and the troubles was becoming a distant memory, Belfast slowly became more attractable as visitors from all over the world flocked to Belfast. With this new Belfast and Northern Ireland on the horizon, this was an exciting opportunity for us at Belfast Pub Crawl to show tourists the best nightlife in Belfast and the ensure their trip was memorable. We done our best to ensure each tour was led by a knowledgeable guide, who was not only well-versed in the history and culture of the city, but also a font of information on all the best pubs to visit. The guides took groups on a journey through Belfast's vibrant streets, introducing them to a variety of local bars and pubs, each with its own unique charm and atmosphere.

As the company has grown, we’ve decided to take the experience to the next level, by offering private tours and themed pub crawls. We are in talks with different companies to maximise the customer experience and offer them extra activites to enjoy during their visit. The future will hopefully include some new ideas from whiskey and gin tastings, to literary-themed crawls, Belfast Pub Crawl will hopefully be able to offer a unique and personalised experience for groups of all sizes and interests. We will not lose sight of our main goal to ensure our customers have an amazing experiece in some of the best pubs in Belfast ensuring a night to remember.
